A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made last night's CUSD Town Hall meeting a success: Community organizations, educators, health professionals, and law enforcement officials who addressed the dangers of tobacco and cannabis vaping and the importance of early intervention ❤️ The many families who attended to learn more and to take an active role in prevention ❤️ Our dedicated Student Services team who coordinated and staffed the event. #TeamCUSD #OurCeresComunity #TheCeresWay

The California Department of Education has named Ceres High School a California Distinguished School! The CDE calls this recognition “one of the state’s most important ways to celebrate exceptional schools, districts, teachers, and classified employees for their innovation, talent, and success in supporting students.” Exceptional student performance and progress toward closing the achievement gap are two of the factors considered in the selection process. CHS is one of only three Stanislaus County schools honored this year! #CaliforniaDistinguishedSchool #TheCeresWay
