The Hawks have had 2 meets so far and both the Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls are 1-1 overall as they both notched wins against Livingston High on March 1st. In very exciting news, the Hawks were able to practice at home, here at the CV pool, for the first time yesterday!! They are extremely excited to have a home of their own for the remainder of this season and many seasons to come.
Track
The track season will really heat up today as the Hawks travel to Patterson for the 1st of the CCC Center meets. This year’s track program has one of the largest rosters in CV history with a current total of 107 athletes. Congrats to Anthony Ramirez for breaking the school record with a long jump of 20 feet, 9 inches in last week’s pre-season meet at Riverbank. Good luck to all of our track and field athletes today.
